Building on our presence in the Algarve and our expansion into Lisbon, we are now looking for an experienced Real Estate Consultant in Porto to help develop Lux Home Portugal, the brand supporting our national expansion.

Your Role
As a Real Estate Consultant, you will represent Lux Home Portugal in Porto, offering expert guidance and bespoke services to Portuguese and international clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and listing premium properties for sale in Porto and surrounding areas
- Expanding our portfolio by developing strong relationships with property owners and buyers
- Guiding clients throughout their property journey in Portugal
- Organising and conducting property viewings with professionalism
- Negotiating deals and coordinating with the parties involved to ensure smooth transactions
- Providing outstanding customer service through clear and honest communication
- Building local brand visibility and representing Lux Home Portugal with elegance and enthusiasm
Your Profile
- A minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in real estate in Portugal is essential. Experience exclusively outside Portugal does not meet this requirement.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.
- A solid understanding of the Portuguese property market, buying and selling processes, and associated documentation
- Good knowledge of Porto and its surrounding property markets
- Excellent communication, prospecting, and negotiation skills
- Well-presented, approachable, and client-oriented
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Honest, reliable, and passionate about real estate
- Motivated to help develop our presence in Porto and build a long-term collaboration
